"We have used PC Quikfix, regarding software and maint. issues, for quite some time but, was looking for instruction to improve my own performance and new tasks handed down from my employer on the computer.
They were able to take me step by step through my occupation specific software and the instruction was at my scheduling convenience, on my own computer. Many times, learning things on a different system and at the mercy of schools schedules, is not practical or fast enough for results that you need to perform your job today.
I felt comfortable in asking questions without intimidation from a class or technical instructors who don't bring the material to an individual’s particular level.
Their rates were reasonable and I had the luxury of e-mailing further questions or asking them back for additional lessons at any time I wanted.
