Having your iPod repaired by PCQuikFix is simple. The steps below outline the process from start to finish. If you have any questions, please give us a call or email prior to your order.
Step 01: Fill out the request form, an email will be immediately sent to the address you submit. The email will contain instructions such as packaging and where to ship your iPod.
Step 02: Pack up your iPod (including all parts and plugs) in your own packaging and ship it to PCQuikFix via carrier of your choosing.
Step 03: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your iPod, PCQuikFix will run a diagnostic and email you a quote for the repair or modification. If your iPod is damaged beyond repair, PCQuikFix may offer to purchase your unit for parts.
Step 04: After accepting the quote, PCQuikFix will immediately repair your iPod and send you another email with a link to make your payment online.
Step 05: Once payment has been received, PCQuikFix will ship your iPod back to you. Return shipping & handling is $7.00 via USPS Priority mail, however, overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.
